Meanwhile, Mateusz Żurawski – the official ILYO Ambassador and former project participant (today oboist – soloist of the Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra in Szczecin) will take you to the exact spot where you will work during our August workshops.
This spot is the already legendary golden hall of the Philharmonic in Szczecin, where the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra will play the last of this year's two concerts (August 19). Let us remind you that we will play the first of them in the famous Berlin Konzerthaus. For a week, the golden hall will not only be a meeting place, but above all, the venue of practice with the conductor and soloist. The golden hall of the Philharmonic in Szczecin is famous for its excellent acoustics and unusual design. It can accommodate nearly 1,000 people.
